Lilker provided full MEP/FP and AV / IT engineering services for the New York offices of this international investment banking firm. The new interior construction of approximately 16,400 sq. ft. consists of a 35-position trading floor, a data center with a dry-pipe pre-action sprinkler system, board room, new pantry, executive conference room and a central UPS system for trading and IT equipment. The space also includes executive restrooms with showers, UPS connecting to landlord emergency generator, receptionist service and video conferencing, a Bloomberg terminal for each trader/sale trader workplace, call recording facilities, broadband internet, voicemail, advanced telecommunications, physical access control, card readers, CCTV cameras, cutting-edge IT and telecoms infrastructure high-speed internet access.
