The adaptive reuse of this newly landmarked, architecturally distinct structure required the preservation of its historic character to create a unique urban center destination. Formerly a currency printing facility erected in 1909, the significant capital improvement program for this 405,000 sq. ft., three-building interconnected complex was completely refurbished with upgraded electrical systems, life safety and enhanced security systems, mechanical systems with individual tenant controls and LEED certified sustainable design features. The diverse mix of uses in this building includes office lofts, arts and cultural activities, retailing and specialty food spaces.
