Upon this 55 acre site will be the new retail center anchored by a discount department store, of approximately 159,000 sq, ft,, and a wholesale warehouse, of approximately 156,000 sq. ft. Other retail will include an 87,000 sq, ft, building housing 4 junior anchors and a 23,000 sq, ft, building for several small retail tenants. Lilker Associates is providing full MEP/FP “Core and Shell” design as well as Lilker Lighting Group (LLG) designing lighting for the entire site.
