Lilker is designing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for new 60,000 sq. ft. office space that contains primarily open workstations, a board room, two large conference rooms, several small and medium conference/meeting rooms, a warming pantry, coffee stations, reception area, and telecommunications support spaces at Shutterstock’s new location at the Empire State Building.
