The NYC Housing Authority expanded their Bronx offices by a total of approximately 40,000 ft. The space consists of high density workstations, administrative and executive offices, a large client waiting room, and a briefing room. NYCHA was able to maintain their existing MDF for all file servers, LAN/WAN equipment, telephone equipment, and all incoming services. A new IDF Room serves as the cabling distribution termination point for all voice and data station cabling. The horizontal cabling infrastructure design utilized Category-6 cabling to support voice and data services.
