Relocation of L’Oreal’s new headquarters to Hudson Yards requires fit-out of 407,000 sq. ft. Lilker is providing full MEP F/P and IT engineering services for the offices, which will include floors 3, 27 through 36. The project includes multiple AC units, AHUs, CRAC units, DX units, VAVs, FPIUs, exhaust system and a dedicated building automation system. Subsidiary Lilker LES Energy Solutions is providing LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for the project.
