Hudson Rouge, a subsidiary of WPP, is a luxury-focused advertising and branding agency. Their recent move to 257 Park Avenue South is on the building’s top floor with 17 feet slab-to-slab, gorgeous views in three directions. Working with M. Moser Architects, Lilker Associates designed the mechanical, electrical , plumbing and fire protection systems as well as Lilker’s Technology Solutions Group providing all cabling infrastructure, audio/visual, security and telecommunications systems for this 14, 300 sq. ft. project.
