Lilker’s MEP/FP engineering team was selected for the consolidation of Group M’s existing locations into one new facility at 3 World Trade Center in Manhattan. The new offices total 700,000 sq. ft. and have attained LEED Gold certification for the project.
The new flexible environment was designed with open collaborative workbench clusters, private offices that can function as meeting/quiet rooms, large boardrooms with moveable partitions, shower rooms, media lab, training rooms, two video conference rooms, warming kitchen, catering kitchen, reception area, technology rooms, mechanical rooms, storage and support areas. There is an outdoor terrace with a bar/serving area suitable for special events.
