Well over 500 BCG employees have settled into six upper-level floors, totaling 193,295 sq. ft., in this 52-story tower located at the northwest corner of 30th Street and 10th Avenue. Lilker provided full MEP/FP engineering design services for BCG’s new office space on floors 42 through 47. BCG’s goal was to unite their two prior locations in a new building, allowing them to align their physical space with new ways of working. This goal was accomplished by creating an open office plan with a wide variety of flexible spaces including conference center space for public assembly, pantries, game rooms, lounge areas and a wellness center with treatment rooms and showers and collaboration areas. The seamless technology incorporates a main network room with pre-action sprinkler protection, stacked IDF closets and storage, file and mail rooms. It is a flexible and adaptable environment that fosters a strong, connected community and encourages creative, team-oriented problem solving.
