



Lilker provided MEP engineering services on multiple projects for this large global banking company, including renovation of 129,000 sq. ft. consisting of 612 trading positions, general office space and core facilities. Included within the project was the design of a new air-cooled 150-ton supplemental, dedicated chiller and integration of 50 supplemental AC fan coil units within the suspended ceiling to cool the trading floor. Also included within the engineering design services was a new central UPS serving the trading stations & IDF rooms, a new make-up air system to provide additional code required ventilation air for the increased occupancy to the floor, and the connection of all critical/essential electrical loads to BNP’s emergency generator plant.
