Lilker Associates provided the core and shell work for Vornado Realty Trust. The existing retail space in a high rise commercial NYC office tower is being expanded from the original 30,000 sq. ft. to over 70,000 sq. ft. Major core and shell renovation is taking place providing new slab elevations, vertical transportation and new infrastructure to serve the new retail spaces within the occupied office tower on levels sub-cellar thru 3rd floor. Ultimately, the space will consist of 3 retailers. The main retailer, Victoria’s Secret, will be occupying just under 65,000 sq. ft. with one of their largest stores located on 5th Avenue.
