Lilker completed an ASHRAE Level III energy audit of 750,000 sq. ft. to assist 40 Worth St in gaining compliance with the LEED EBOM program. It recommended a range of measures including optimized condenser water and static pressure reset strategies, elimination of simultaneous heating and cooling, motor upgrades, and improved sub metering. The team also provided design services to modify outdoor air delivery in support of LEED certification.

This NYC project successfully achieved cost-sharing through rebates provided by Con Edison. These rebates reduced the energy audit cost by nearly 50%.
