1861 International Drive is a 280,000 sq. ft. Class “A” office building that is managed by Hines Property Management and owned by Macerich Property Management, LLC. Lilker Energy Solutions (LES) was hired by Hines Property Management to test all of the controls and mechanical equipment to create a baseline for the building’s current operation, and to work with the management team to correct any deficiencies within the systems.
Lilker Associates will follow on with construction documents and new controls sequences of operations where applicable to allow Hines Property Management to engage a General Contractor to install new equipment and implement new control strategies where necessary. After these major changes have been completed, Lilker Energy Solutions (LES) will test the new systems/equipment to ensure proper installation.
