Greg Socrates

Greg Socrates, CEM
Associate Principal Director, Infrastructure Systems

What excites me about engineering is working with the client and architect to bring their vision to life, as well as finding solutions that allow an enterprise to remain operational during construction and systems replacement.

Greg Socrates is dedicated to project solutions that are cost-effective and sustainable. During his nearly 20 years designing mechanical systems and managing projects, he has provided solutions for corporate facilities including interior fit-outs and renovations to offices, conference rooms, trading areas, infrastructure, central utilities and ancillary spaces. He has provided his expertise on adaptive reuse and conversions to corporate spaces and replacement of main infrastructure systems, as well as serving as the base building engineer for several clients.  His work includes design, project management, coordination and quality assurances for all phases of project development. Greg appreciates that being a good engineer and project manager is a balancing act. He relies on knowledge from past projects, while always being open to new and better ideas. Greg earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Energy Manager and member of ASHRAE and AEE.
