Ever since Bruce Lilker founded Lilker Associates in 1985 he has been overseeing all aspects of the firm’s operations and sustained growth while remaining a hands-on principal with direct involvement in each project. He is actively involved with the firm’s mission of upholding high client satisfaction and excellence in its deliverables. Communicating and implementing the organization’s vision and overall direction is steered by Bruce’s enthusiasm and fervor. He takes great pride in developing the next generation of engineers. Over his long career, Bruce has sponsored, employed and trained countless young engineers and was instrumental in establishing the American Council of Engineering Companies in New York (ACECNY) Mentoring Program. Following Bruce’s lead, many of Lilker’s Principals and Associates lead programs and seminars for these fledgling engineers. Bruce earned a BME degree from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art and an MBA degree from Bernard Baruch College of Business.
